Also, it is the only pub situated in the delightful little village of Three Oaks, set deep in the Sussex countryside.

With its log burning fires, low oak beams and its chunky wood furnishings throughout the myriad of bars, small, snug, intimate corners and sofas, adorned with loads of old brass's and ancient agricultural tools that will lead you to the refurbished pool and games room, and also the dining and resturant areas.
