From Hastings:

Following the Ridge towards the A259 and turn left into chowns Hill, turn Left into Ivy House lane, and following for approx 3 miles past coghurst Caravan Park, over crossroads into Butchers lane, up hill over Railway bridge, Three Oaks Pub is on your Left.

From Rye:

Following A259 from Rye towards Hastings, Through winchelsea and Icklesham, just before Gustling you will take a sharp left hand bend, just after this on the right hand side you will see a turning for three oaks called Butchers lane, take this turning a continue for approx 2-3 miles and the three Oaks pub is on your Right Hand side.
